Designed by Promontório Architects, BeAt is a residential project consisting of seven apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms, all in a fully refurbished 19th-century building. While maintaining the original façade, the interior was redesigned and rebuilt using high-quality materials. The result is an innovative property development that prioritises comfort and modernity.
BeAt apartments are renowned for the elegant way in which they combine the old and the new and how they focus on the liveability of the space. From the large 92 sqm studios to the charming 156 sqm three-bedroom duplexes, most of the apartments include a parking space in the garage and some outdoor space (ranging from 8 sqm to 40 sqm).
Apartment consists of:
– Living room + kitchen
– Room
– Closet
– 2 bathrooms
– Garden
– Parking space
The project is located in one of the areas to be reborn in Lisbon. It is on the way to becoming an urban center with many art galleries, alternative leisure spots and very close to the city centre.
As its name suggests, BeAt is located in Beato parish, an area that once bordered Lisbon, marking the transition from city to countryside. The main reference in the area is the Beato Convent, which dates from the 15th century. Over the years, the palaces and convents made way for factories and warehouses, which attracted workers and the need for housing. Nowadays, Beato is a hive of innovation, artistic creation and entrepreneurship. Examples of this new life include the Beato Creative Hub, the many art galleries, the pioneering Ibérico Theatre and Meridional Theatre, and many other artistic and cultural institutions. Where the traditional and the irreverent meet, Beato also benefits from its prime location close to the River Tagus and the regeneration of the whole eastern riverside area.
BeAt is synonymous with the avant-garde, high building standards and respect for the neighbourhood’s history.
